Excellent service from the start, nothing was too much trouble even though we were just looking to see what's about, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, I tried out several mobility scooters and the service didn't change even when we were told about some that they had taken in part exchange, we ended up buying a new mobility scooter and this was in no way due to pressure sales, in the end I personally found the whole experience very easy and relaxing and not under pressure at all, I will definitely return when I want to update/ upgrade my mobility scooter, thank you for the support and service

We couldn’t thank Active mobility enough. Having booked a holiday to West Bay Dorset, we had booked and paid for well in advance for two mobility scooters to be delivered to the venue with another well know Dorset mobility supplier. However, we were badly let down when the scooters never arrived. The staff at the holiday park gave us the number of Active mobility who they spoke highly of, and who with very short notice supplied and delivered to the site two scooter. They were very professional and organised saving the day and our holiday who without the scooters would have just remained trapped and immobile. So thank you Active mobile for saving the day

Needed a cover for my Go Go Carbon Scooter he was amazing and his knowledge 1st class he recommended the Monarch cover but wasn't 100% sure I needed it promptly so he assured me if it didn't fit i could return it
To our delight it fits so we both learnt something and he can now help more customer in the way he help me

Great service with a very prompt response to my enquiry. Active Mobility located the mobility scooter manual I needed very quickly. After I had spent hours unsuccessfully trying to track it down. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Phil from Active Mobility was absolutely wonderful today. He was so kind, patient, fast and incredibly knowledgeable helpful when we really needed it.

We’re on a family holiday with my elderly nan, and without Phil’s help, she simply wouldn’t have been able to get around and would have been left behind while the rest of us enjoyed the holiday. He genuinely came to our rescue and made such a huge difference to our day.

Went in to look around and see what the pricing was like and to see what walking aids they had.
The gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable polite and very helpful the pricing was very good.
Also looked at mobility scooters and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on each product and the pricing is reasonable he even let's you try any scooter to make sure that you are happy with it I did purchase a mobility scooter.

Needed to hire a mobility scooter for the weekend, which felt quite overwhelming as I'm younger and had never needed one before. From the moment we arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. Although they were really busy, they still managed to find me a scooter. They took the time to show both me and my partner how to dismantle it and fit it into the car, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and understanding. I went along to the 30th Anniversary event today. I had a good idea what I was looking for as I had looked at the website. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. There was no pushy sales pitch and I was directed straight to the Rollator section. The owner showed me the model I had looked at online and even managed to pick out a cheetah style to match my outfit! I will definitely return for any further mobility needs. Great value and exceptional customer service from this local, family run business.

Outstanding service. Very friendly and knowledgable. Found the perblem was my buying inferior battreries, so they supplied and fitted the correct ones with guarantee immediately for slightly extra. Well worth it. They even suppied a report on the faulty batteries to have my outlay refunded. The mobility scooter now runs like a dream. Will always deal with this excellent firm.

Went there to get an adjustable bed for my mum. Adam went through the options and mum was very impressed from start to finish. The delivery was bang on time and the bed was installed in about 1hr. Old one taken away. All in all just perfect service and we are delighted. It's very good to use a local company and they are highly recommended.

We were caught in a situation where we needed a walking frame immediately for a frail relative in Weymouth, but it was nearly 5:30pm so we were not expecting to have any success that evening. We called Active Mobility and Phil was very helpful, said he would keep the shop open and wait for us to travel over and make our purchase. When we arrived he was very welcoming and helped us to choose the correct frame for our relative's needs. Great service and considerate to our situation.

I have been helping an elderly relative choose a mobility scooter from Active Mobility. Pressed for time, he rushed an order for a folding example with small wheels, no suspension and limited range. When it was delivered, it became clear that this wouldn't be up to the journeys he wanted to make on it. We returned to the shop and the staff went through the types of scooter very clearly and patiently. He eventually chose a more robust scooter that was better suited to his needs.
The staff were superb in outlining the pros and cons of each type, and spent time ensuring that he was comfortable (in every sense) with his choice.
I can't praise Active Mobility highly enough for their care and professionalism in matching person to vehicle.

Arriving in Weymouth for day out with my husband and dog, my mobility decided not to work. We contacted Active Mobility, explained our situation and they told us to come straight over. We had expected to hire a mobility scooter, instead, they took a look at mine and after about 15 mins, got it working!! We were so pleased and so very grateful to them. We were then able to go off and enjoy our day out with no further mobility scooter issues. Great service. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this company.
Richard was so helpful when I needed spare parts for my mobility scooter recently. One part in particular was very hard to find and was not on their parts list or on any other that I tried. I sent photos and a description to Richard and eventually, after much research, he managed to source the part and it is now on their online parts list.
I received them promptly by post and my scooter is now working well with none of the rattles.
